The best bacon you've never heard of. Crispy, nitrate-free bacon made from the jowl area of the pig smoked over applewood for a sweet, savory flavor. Made from our own Tamworth pigs raised out on pasture. The taste and crunch is unlike anything you find at a grocery store. Cheek bacon is larger slices than traditional bacon with smaller pieces mixed in. It has a bolder pork flavor than regular bacon made from the pork belly area.
Uncured bacon - no nitrate or nitrites added*. Product is not preserved, keep refrigerated below 40 F at all times.
