Made from our Kathadin breed lambs raised on our Pennsylvania farm pastures and eating a diet of natural grasses and legumes with a supplement of high-quality, non-GMO barley, milo, field peas and sunflowers.  This cut is netted from the butcher and ready for your spice rub.  The sweet, mild, yet non-gamey but rich flavor of the meat is matched with a tenderness and marbled texture your guests and family will rave over. 

Not raised in confinement or feed lots – just regenerative, pasture grazing that builds soil and delivers nutrient-dense cuts (elevated CLA, vitamins E/B12, iron, zinc).

Sold by the pound.  You will be billed for the actual weight of the cut you receive.  Roasts average about 3 pounds.
