Processed from our own Tamworth hogs raised on pasture and fed a diet of non-GMO, antibiotic free feed of sorghum, barley, sunflowers and field peas.  

Two butterflied chops per package and sold by the pound.  You will be billed for the weight of the actual chops you receive.  

Caution - Tamworth pastured pig pork chops will raise your expectation of what a pork chop should be.  You won't want to buy white, dry, rubbery pork chops at the grocery store again.
