They root in the ground the way hogs are meant to be raised. Fed barley, sorghum, sunflowers and field peas for a non-GMO and anti-biotic free pastured pig flavor.
Sold by the pound. Butts are around 7.5 pounds each. You will be billed for the weight of the actual roast you receive.
