Hardwood Smoked Ham Slice

You won't find a slab of ham like this at the grocery store. The thick cut of savory and smokey red meat explodes along with the melt-in-your mouth fat that a heritage hog raised on pasture produces. Typically feeds 3-4 people or one hungry farmer at the end of a long day.
One slice per package and sold by the pound. Slices range from 1.7 to 2.5 pounds each. You will be billed for the actual weight of the cuts you receive.
