These resilient sheep graze freely on lush Pennsylvania pastures, enjoying diverse clovers, orchard grass, timothy, ryegrass, and cover crop forages as their primary diet.  We thoughtfully supplement with high-quality, non-GMO barley and milo grown on our farm – ensuring excellent animal health, generous marbling, exceptional tenderness, and a clean, mild flavor with zero strong gaminess.
