Crispy, nitrate-free bacon smoked over applewood for a sweet, savory flavor.  Made from our own Tamworth pigs raised out on pasture.  The taste and crunch is unlike anything you find at a grocery store.  

Uncured bacon - no nitrate or nitrites added*.  Product is not preserved, keep refrigerated below 40 F at all times. 

*Except those naturally occurring in sea salt
